Refund Policy

Feathered Frog Essentials stands behind every product it sells. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the Feathered Frog Essentials website, you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. Due to hygiene issues soap may only be returned if it is unused, undamaged & still wrapped in the original label. The purchase price of returned items may be applied as an exchange, a merchandise credit voucher or a cash refund, whichever the customer prefers.  Cash refunds, Exchange and/or merchandise credit vouchers are all for the purchase price only.  Please contact Feathered Frog with info (reason for return etc)  via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
